This Music Use License (“License”) is granted by Gary Paul Bryant (“Licensor”) to the original purchaser (“Licensee”).
Purchase or use of the Track constitutes acceptance of these terms.
WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO
Primary Allowed Use (Core Intent)
The Track may be used as background, accompaniment, or supporting music in connection with visual or spoken content, including:
- Online video (YouTube, Vimeo, social media)
- Films, documentaries, and short-form video
- Presentations, slideshows, and visual performances
- Client and commercial video projects
- Live or recorded visual performances
The Track must function as supporting music, not as the primary standalone product.
Allowed Audio Uses (Non-Standalone)
The Track may be used in audio-only productions only when it is part of a larger work, such as:
- Background music for narration or voiceover
- Podcast intros, outros, or transitions
- Audio presentations or educational content
- Opening or closing credits accompanying spoken or narrative material
The Track may not be used as a standalone music-only release.
LICENSE TIERS & USAGE RIGHTS
Rights granted depend on the license tier selected at purchase.
PREMIUM LICENSE
Fee: $10
Term: 12 months
Allows:
- Use in the contexts described above
- Up to 5,000 total sales of works incorporating the Track
- Up to 50,000 combined streams/views
UNLIMITED LICENSE
Fee: $99
Term: 24 months
Allows:
- Use in the contexts described above
- Unlimited sales
- Unlimited streams/views
PREMIUM UPGRADE REQUIREMENT
Premium usage limits are intended as pricing guidelines.
If a project approaches, exceeds, or is reasonably expected to exceed Premium limits, the Licensee agrees to upgrade to the Unlimited License to continue lawful use.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
The Track may NOT be:
- Sold, distributed, or released as a standalone audio file
- Used as the primary focus of a music-only product
- Included in stock music libraries, resale bundles, or licensing catalogs
- Claimed as owned, authored, or proprietary music
OWNERSHIP & NO ASSET REPRESENTATION
- Licensor retains 100% ownership, authorship, and publishing
- Licensee receives usage rights only
- The Track may not be represented as an owned asset or intellectual property
ORIGINAL LICENSEE ONLY / NON-TRANSFERABILITY
This License is granted only to the original Licensee.
It may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or sublicensed.
Any attempted transfer is null and void.
CONTENT ID POLICY
Some Tracks are registered with YouTube Content ID or similar systems for copyright protection.
- Licensed use is permitted
- Automated claims may occur
- Licensees may dispute claims by selecting “I have a valid license”
Upon verification, the Licensor will release or whitelist the claim.
The Licensee may NOT register the Track or derivative works with Content ID systems.
CREDIT
Where feasible, credit shall be given as:
“Music by Gary Paul Bryant”
TERM & EXPIRATION
This License is valid for 12 months for Premium, 24 months for Unlimited from purchase. Continued use after expiration requires renewal.
BREACH & TERMINATION
Violation of license terms may result in termination of this License without refund.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER & GOVERNING LAW
The Track is provided “as is”, without warranty.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the license fee paid.
This License is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington.
